Rules and Conditions for QikMix sm   Thank you for registering with QikMix. Make sure you are familiar with all conditions before you attend QikMix. In particular, please note our cancellation, conduct and return conditions.     Registration Policy   - SpeedDaters who are one year below or above an age cutoff can still attend that session if requested - Payment MUST be received at least 1 week prior to the event. In extenuating circumstances it is still essential that payment be received before the event. No payments on the night will be accepted. - QikMix bookings are only effective on receipt of payment. Until payment is received the place is not held.     Rules of Conduct   - If a participant would like to receive a list of suggested questions please email the QikMix office and it will be emailed back. - Under no circumstances must participants ask for the contact details of ANY dates. Even if participants are absolutely positive they will have a match with someone, it is strictly forbidden. Putting people ‘on the spot’ defeats the purpose of QikMix. - Please do not call the office to check whether you have a match. Participants will be contacted within 48 hours of the evening if they have a match. If participants do not hear from the QikMix staff it means they have not had any matches. In this situation participants are welcome to re-register.     Cancellation policy   - If participants cancel prior to a week before the event, QikMix will reschedule the participant free of charge. However there is no refund facility available. - If a SpeedDater cancels within 1 week, we do not refund their money or reschedule them free of charge. - Participants who fail to turn up on the evening will not be rescheduled free of charge.     Re-registration Policy   - Participants should only sign-up for one session at a time.
